yesterday bridgette de silva came by to prepare for our new shoot. I was so graced with the beauty of her poses and her excitement of yoga, bellydance, and living a life minute to minute. Often times the most beauty in life/yoga is found in watching others flow through their space. Often just being present as someone really finds their place in this world is such a gift. This is a new found joy for me...i think it was taught to me through motherhood. a certain gift of selflessness. If i contemplate yoga, this is in many ways the deepest meaning to come out of it for me lately......
