OKAy so don't freeze...as i creep around Seattle and do my rounds.......grocery store, yoga class, cooking dinner for my 3 year and hubby......oh and did I mention clothing "WORK" hahah...well the feeling of chill abounds in many different ways. Organic food is costing more, people are really in SHOCK AND AWE now. Pardon the phrase.....so how to deal with it all? I say love more and more. Just love the world more. Open your heart. Don't let the issues overtake what you know is right. The art of simplicity. It is a beautiful time to take that to heart because in many ways we as a species have no CHOICE! But then my my fast forwards to Dubai. Money is fast and furious there..................and that is another topic altogether
